1. The reason of human Capital Index is important for a country because the index measures which countries are best in mobilizing the economic and professional potential of its citizens. Also, the index measures how much capital each country loses through lack of education and health.
2. This can help us as a nation to compete in the global business environment by improving the quality of basic necessity such as health and education. By better health and education, the quality of human resources will be better.
